We provide a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, manage anxiety, depression, burnout, and navigate life transitions, as well as address intimacy concerns, sexual health, desire, and performance anxiety. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, integrating evidence-based approaches and creative modalities in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. Extended sessions are available at a prorated rate.

Couples sex therapy supports partners in navigating intimacy, desire, sexual health, and communication challenges. Sessions focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore sexual concerns, improve connection, and foster authentic intimacy. Extended sessions available at a prorated rate.

Structured group sessions provide a supportive space for individuals or couples exploring ethical non-monogamy, polyamorous dynamics, or sexual growth. These sessions focus on communication skills, consent, healthy boundaries, and resilience within diverse relationship structures. Extended sessions available at a prorated rate.

Specialized trauma-informed counselling for police, paramedics, firefighters, and healthcare professionals. First Responder Therapy addresses occupational stress, PTSD, burnout, and emotional resilience, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, EMDR, and Polyvagal-informed interventions.

Neurodivergent Therapy
$160 +
Tailored therapy for adults navigating ADHD, autism, learning differences, or other cognitive and sensory processing variations. Neurodivergent Therapy provides a strengths-based, affirming approach to improve executive functioning, emotional regulation, and daily life skills. Evidence-based interventions include CBT, ACT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and creative modalities like art therapy.

Registered Social Worker
Sarah is a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and inclusive counselling. She specializes in supporting individuals, couples, and families, including first responders and 2SLGBTQ+ clients. Sarah integrates evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT skills, Narrative Therapy, and Polyvagal-informed interventions, along with creative modalities like art therapy, to help clients build resilience, improve relationships, and navigate life transitions. Sarah is also an ASSECT certified (Q) Sex Therapist.
