Why We’re Changing Our Name: A Fresh Chapter for Our Business

We’re excited to share that our business is growing and evolving, and with that comes a new name: Routes to Resilience Counselling & Consulting. While a name cahnge may not seem significant, it carries a lot meaning about who we are, what we stand for, and how we serve our clients.

Why We Chose a New Name
Our previous name no longer fully captured the breadth and depth of our services. As our practice has grown, so has our vision. The name Routes to Resilience reflects our commitment to guiding clients along personalized paths to healing, growth, and empowerment. It emphasizes the journey each individual takes and the resilience they cultivate along the way.

What This Means for Our Clients
While our name has changed, our mission remains the same: providing compassionate, professional, and evidence-informed counselling and consulting services. Existing clients can expect the same high-quality support, with even more clarity and alignment in our brand and services.

Our Commitment to Accessibility and Inclusivity
Our new name also reflects our dedication to inclusivity, especially for neurodivergent individuals, 2SLGBTQ clients, and anyone navigating complex mental health or life challenges, like first responders. We are here to meet you where you are and support you on your unique path.

What’s Next

  • Our website and email addresses have been updated to reflect our new brand.

  • Any scheduling links, invoices, or documents will now feature our new name.

  • We’re excited to continue building a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Thank You for Your Support
We’re grateful to our clients, colleagues, and community for trusting us on this journey. Our new name marks a fresh chapter, but our dedication to your mental health and personal growth remains steadfast.

If you have questions about our services, how this change affects you, or simply want to say hello, please reach out. We’d love to hear from you!
